General applications for Albany Fashion Week’s (AFW) official schedule will be available on May 30th. The upcoming season will take place September 18 - 21, 2026 in Albany, NY. Each submission will be reviewed and applicants will receive notice of their status via email or phone call.

Designer Requirements:

• Applicants must have:

  • A minimum of three (3) images of designs. This can include past and current designs. Images must be clear and show wearable fashion designs.

• Applicants are reviewed by Crayon Couture.

• Schedule listing fees must be paid in full no later than 15 days before the date of your showcase.

• If you have already shown at one of Crayon Couture’s events, you do not need to apply again. You will only need to submit application fees.

• Applications for Crayon Couture Fashion Week Events are always open and accepting new and returning designers for upcoming showcases.
